Installing the battery(still not finished), fuel lines, just general sittin' down, odds and ends stuff today.... but I just couldn't resist....yeah, my EGO got the better of me, and I had to plaster some decals. I want folks to recognize this bad bay, and where it originated.....I think. What do you guys think? Is this gonna be too much, or what?

kliff it should be in camo, or dark letters it looks out of place. i thought you were lookin to blend in ?
enviro , mine looks like the persuader i even have the pistol grip lol, i bought it 24years ago when a buddy asked me to go hunting with him in the am.
the problem was it was 845 pm and the store closed at 9 and it was 20 miles away, i told him to hop in we'll make it, i had just bought my iroc z, after we hit the expressway i opened her up, we had the t- tops off and somewhere around 130 the wind was so bad we couldn't get the windows to roll up.
my buddies wife didn't beleive we were there till we showed her the new gun lol minutes to spare he still talks about it when we talk hunting lol

Yea I may just end up buying a new gun and forget trying to buy just the barrel.
Kliff it looks pretty good man I dont think it takes anything away from the scooter. Not my taste but it works none the less.

Kliff, I think it would look better subdued like phaze5 said. If you did it in the desert tan it would still show up and might get more attention because people would make more of an effort to read it because they are going to wonder what it is. Your scoot will get attention. Are you making decals now? If you are, what process? Edit: Kliff, Thinking a bit more about spending your time... ;D I think that if you did the Madd Maxx in Desert tan in the same font you used, then the rest of it in desert tan like a military stencil it would really fit the character of your scoot.

I'm with phaze, should be flat black spray paint letters through stencil with slight overspray just like the military used to do it.

And maybe it should stay just like it is without the markings. Part of the beauty is in its simplicity and understatedness. Too much and it could become an art project gone awry.

my deceased dad left me his army pics, he kinda looks like me lol, so when he was still around i asked him if they got mad because he wrote on the truck, my moms name etc, like the airplanes do. the pic was his truck and 100 others all in a line, his answer was he was in a convoy not long after the pic was taken and the truck was blown to smithereens, he was issued a brand new one in no time lol. i never thought of that haha

Hey Jeremy, the back has me really slowed down. After reveiwing my old MRI's, etc. The surgeon is suspecting 2-3 vertabrae on my neck, which we by passed last go 'round, and an additional 1-2 discs in the lumbar region to be compressed, if not ruptured.... More pics and tests to come.....thank gawd for percocepts.....but all they do is knock the edge off. Next appt is the 30th, unles he can get me in sooner for more MRI's & stuff. I told him I got a 3800 scooter ride, in less than a year, that will be done in 10 days... we gotta get this right.
His response was it'll be right....but he told me 5 years ago to quit riding, to quit looking for this kinda stuff to do, and he still thinks I'm nutz. But he likes the R&D feedback he's getting, so he'll handle it. My kinda Doc! I'm working on some drawings for a permanenty, though the skin, attached exoskeletal enhancement for the back.... he says he's game....but he doubts any hospital in the USA would allow him access to attach something like that! Then he said I was EF'N NUTZ!
