well im getting the parts i paid for the lc parts and will give pay for the bbk next week as im waiting on a check right now from the ins company from when my scooter was vandelized should have been here today but no such luck i hope its here monday
but i have a copy of the yamaha aerox (lc horizontal min engine) service manual so the conversion should be pretty straight forward
i will have to mount the radiator in a diffrent spot thanks to the diffrent body style i will be going behind the tire and will put a screen over the radiator to prevent any stones from hitting it and depending upon what overflow tank the guy was using will dictate where i mount that the decision will be if i cut a hole in the body work so i can see if the overflow is low or not
now i just have to make sure i have enough al flat stock laying around to make mounting brackets for all the new stuff and that means a trip to fleet farm

When you posted this thread was thinking that I have not seen any posts regarding this project posted by any of our members here or on the other forums either. So you will get to be the first of the group to fill us in on how it goes. Good luck to you.

I was looking into it for my other Triton, but I've never got around to building that thing yet so I don't really have any useful info.

ok so my cool new to me parts are on the way due to a tight budget i went with used parts i am getting this slick vented trans cover and this is the bbk Cylinder Polini 70cc Sport Polini, the Polini, the market leader in two stroke tuning, have produced this reliable cast-iron kit for everyday use. Will work with the original carburettor although mainjet should be increased by aprox. 8-10%, power output up to 9 Bhp. Remarkable because of its massive bottom end punch, which makes it a wheely addict's premier choice and hopefully all the goodies i need (hoses water pump radiator and so on) so it will be time to get fast again :>

Yep thats straight off scoot-attack description ;D. I have the same kit in AC version, its sweet, tons of low end. Hope you ride wheelies, or are at least ready to learn how ;D. You will be very happy with this kit and a good tune with the right pipe. What pipe are you using? That is a wicked CVT cooling set up, what is it, were, how much?

Nice setup. Can't wait to see how it turns out for you. I wanna mess with a Polini Sport kit to see just what it's like, but I have nothing to put it on at the moment. Hopefully I'm gonna install one for someone else in the near future though.

i realy dont know much about the trans cover ill take some more pics when i have it in hand(ok well next saturday as i will be at scout camp all week long)
i belive it is an after market version of the bws 100 trans cover the guy i got it from had it on his race zuma so im sure its lighter and when painted to match the scoot will look realy sharp plus i dont have to drill holes or cut up a stock cover
