A little spark might warm the place up real well.

well i got parts to fix my welder today and got that sorta finished i also got my clutch and reed block today gota love the super sexy vforce reeds and being no one around here would machine my case so the larger bore would fit i went to town with a big burring bit on my drill and hogged the case out so the bore fits in
i still have to hog out the ports on the cases but the bore fits down in and i now have to find some material to make a shim/basegasket with looks like i need about 2 to 2.5mm to get the ports to open all the way up when the crank is all the way down

well i ran into some snags along the way
the first one was i when i was working on the case to make the larger bore fit i found a defect in the casting that i didnt care for it proably would have been ok but i wasnt happy with it so i bought another case 1/2 and got that all worked out
then i found another adly engine for sale an actaul 90cc case so i snaped that up as it came with a longer shock too and a rear face intake and it was geared with atv geas so that means 8.83 to 1 so 10,000 rpm will be 75 to 80 mph with my over sized varatior
so i go to test fit things to see if i will need a longer shock
first issue i was a bone head and built my scretch off of my zuma engine and the moungint ears are spaced diffrent from the adly to the zuma
second issue is the output shaft is splined diffrent then the adly rim i bought
so i was hopeing to pull it apart and see if i could just press the gear off that out put shaft and onto the one i know works with the rim i have
so i go to take things apart to see if what i can do about the output shaft issue and the hose on my air compressor blows up

All in all a good day I take it. Think of all the lessons learned.
