well i have about 200 miles on the efi as long as i kick start no voltage drop after 60 miles mpg on eco mode are 42 + a bit rich 34 tm 35 the down side right now i have to trouble shoot a no spark issue after 15000 miles something actualy brakes on my zuma and its no related to a mod dont know when ill get to it my boy took me out to the races tonight for topless night and no not topless girls but topless modifieds

well i just got a chance to tinker with it a bit well i double checkd for spark in my dark garage and i have good spark i can hear the fuel pump working and i can see fuel flowing out the return line but just for craps and gigles i gave her a shot of starting fluid
guess what she fired right up and ran long engouh to burn the starting fluid out
so now i will have to take the body panels off and see why i have no fuel going thru the injector

well now i just feel like a complete incompetent idiot i have the scoot in the garage cranked her over no lights on and plenty of good spark i grab the compression gauge and drop it and brake it put my thumb over the spark plug hole and i have good compression so im like wtf i can hear the fuel pump run i can see fuel going back into the tank thru the bypass hose i figure i must not have a good solder joint where i taped into the trigger i pull the body off and what do i find the injector is unplugged i guess i didnt have it clipped in right when i put it on

up and running and some new stickers they are a reflective red and i did a turn signal relocate they are now in the sides by the brake light on the back

ok i have a spare engine mount on the way and im looking at making a new subframe so i can run a rear face intake the left of my thinking is where the engine mounts to the scoot as you can see it will be braced diaganly infront of (well now behind the carb) im thinking about 4 inches will be added Attachments:

i did get my spare engine mount today and even with the body panels on the scoot i took some measurements and have a rough drawing of what i want to do the bosses on the engine are off set inboard 1 inch and are 1 inch wide so now that i have the replacement engine mount i realy wish i had a mock up engine but ill have to pull the body panels off and drop the engine out for this or at least get the body panels off so i can confirm the measurements but from looking at it im not sure about braces yet it may be just some gussets Attachments:

well i was going to replace the crank over the winter but my plans have changed i scored a adly engine and from what i understand is they run the a engine so basicly a 90cc case with 50 cc parts in it they run a diffrent kit then the zuma from what i gather its becuase of the longer stroke they come with so i will be on the look out for 90cc lc parts and a 90cc kit

well good news i got the engine bad news is its not a big block so that means the case will need a trip to the machine shop
i dont think this thing was ever apart except to take the stator off the rollers were flat spotted all to hell and there was even a wedding band in it still
