ok i am slowly working on getting parts together i have some flat steel and tube steel to make my scretch i also have a zuma 125 intake on the way yes i am planing on trying to use a 4 stroke intake on a 2 stroke the reason why im thinking zuma 125 is that it has an injecter bung in the intake so i will have a spot for my second injecter i will make a base plate out of 1/2 thick al and drill it for the the existing holes then when i am buildint things up i can clock the intake how ever i want and then drill and tap holes for the z125 intake work is picking up so hopefully soon i can order a crank and a bore

ok i have a super sexy new crank on the way only a 43 mm stroke instead of the 44 or 45mm this is the crank im getting cant beat the price it was given to a guy over on zf who couldnt use it so he is passing it on to me so i will only get to 96cc and i have an adjustable oil pump on the way too so i can increase the mix from 40 to 1 it has plates that increase it by 30% 60% and 100% and this is the pump im getting www.adrenalin-pedstop.co.uk/p-Adjustable_oil_pump_for_Minarelli_5070cc_engines-4943.aspxa guy on zf ordered 1 it never came he ordered from another place they sent a regualr pump and before he knew it he had 2 of the adjustable pumps so i dont have to order it from over seas im just buying the second 1 he has

got the super sexy beast today and the good news is it fits the case without machine work sure i will be leaveing a couple cc on the table but the price was right and i dont ahve to machine the case so thats a big plus

and most of the fun is the build part of it
and the up side now is if i ever do get the lc disc brake cases i can just swap most of the parts over (i hope the trans gears would fit)

the new crank with the old crank look at the diffrence in the rods the new crank in the case

that is a heck of a lot longer stroke, better make sure it has enough room at the top of the piston.

thats where the new bore comes in i will be getting a bore for a 90cc they run a 42mm strok while the 50s run 39mm

got my new oil pump today its a nice piece
the plates that you can change out have different cams pressed into them to increase the oil

lots of stuff in the works on lczefi right now if it wasnt so cold this weekend i might have gotten some work done i need to make 4 brackets simular to what is in the pic for my engine mounts there will be some braceing between the 2 mounts on each side a flat bar will be welded to the round bar that runs side to side and the mounts will be welded to that and once its all in and an intake is on i can decide about cross braces from side to side i also have a dual rad set up to install a stage 6 r/t oversized varaitor im waiting on a stage 6 mkII clutch (i have a bell that some one moded to check and make sure it works) the stage 6 version of the vforce reed block and a 12 in adly rear wheel josh at scooterinvasion got me a deal on a cly as he wanted to do a port map and look at it first right now im just waiting on him to get the map done and some pics taken so he cna ship it out

well the cyl is here and for the price the quailty is lower then i would have expected it will need a lot of clean up work
i wasnt happy with the way the brackets i was trying to make turned out and i dont have a drill press so it would have been real hard to get all the holes lined up right
so i stoped by a fab shop that we use at work from time to time and im waiting for them to make me some brackets im haveing 5 made so that i have the pateren in my hand incase others want some i can have more made
i have my dual rad set up i also have my adly rear wheel
i found a 12 pole stator that sounds like its for the hm engine im waiting on it to get to me then i will proably have to find a r/r that will work with it

have you seen the cheap drill press at Harbor freight? I have one and it has worked well for me.

i thought about it but im getting them made for less then the price of the drill press plus i dont have a bench to bolt it to and i wasnt happy with the way they were looking trying to cut them with my angle grinder and air grinder

here are some pics of my new kit you can see the sharp edges in the exhaust port and you can see the coating and how the aux exhaust ports look like they will catch carbon and the piston is going to need to be cleaned up too also the holes to mount the thermastat are not drilled or taped so ill have to do something about that
