If you can and I'm not trying to be like a know it all or anything grab a few pics of the issues. I may or may not be able to help even might have a few helpful parts I can ship seems as I'm cleaning my shelves lol.

It's not in a spot where a spot welder would be able to get at it. I am likely going to have to take it to a Welder to get it done as I haven't done any welding since I was in my early teens.

Oof I hear ya. Heck it's smarter sometimes and seriously more Idk the wordword? Manly? To sometimes have someone who has experience and the right tools do something critical. Idk I cannot find a good wording atm tired as heck but kudos man. Plus a welder may have the tools needed to test it making sure all the seams are good and won't fail. As per the vibration it's definitely motor related (I'm frickin captain obvious lol) the thing is its usually something rotational out of balance could even be the crank weights which is a good portion of what I've come across as vibe issues some have a crank weight that goes all the way around which helps a bit but also the weights honestly have to be balanced per the force and weight of the piston and associated parts if even slightly off as on some Chinese motors and even name brand it will make it shake like a paint vibrator on steroids.

I meant quib lol they really really help with ptsd not as much as riding but if they are smart enough and have grown up around you for instance my dogs and my cat all know when I'm feeling bad they will bug my ass until I snap out of it etc the dogs are registered therapy animals so no landlord can deny me to have them. Anyways quib seriously just lemme know if I can help I've got a few parts and experience with that particular type of motor and if not I know where to get it no that anyone else here doesn't just I know how much good riding can be idk don't mind me I prob look like a jackass lol

Thanks, I moved the bike yesterday for winter storage and it still appears to be not inline properly because as the chain moves something is rocking the motor a bit.
Once I get the tank fixed I have a guy to look at it.

Sounds like the mounts are not tight or good

I'm not sure that's why I have decided to take it somewhere to be looked at.

Ok coll that's should probably be a motor mount issue those should hold the engine tight on the frame no movement unless loose and broken

my buddy in Australia shown me this by the way it's real and it's a super charger hooked to a Honda or Honda clone (Chinese) 50cc it boosts the power quite well and super charger vs turbo means a much bigger powerband effected. If you were looking for a way to improve the stock motor if all else fails or if the aftermarket one costs wayyyy too much to fix? This may be a viable option if it's a 50 or they might start or already make them for other sizes. It doesn't get in the way either I was told.

Not sure it would fit with my starter on top but I will gladly keep it in mind.
