Well I feel like a shaved tail Louis lol, found the starter, read 0.03v w/ button pushed, got a new one ordered already, hopefully this'll do the trick, so thank you for pointing me the right way.

Still should have read full voltage even if the starter was bad. Takes two bolts and wire to pull it out. Take it out and use some jumper cables to see if it runs. Jump it directly from the battery. Should spin well. If it does then check out the condition of the cables real well.

If there isnt voltage at the starter then its one of a few things Bad switch if you have full voltage at relay when pushed the switch is good Bad wire or bad relay

I replaced the starter, it will sometimes start now, run for a few seconds n shut off. I can smell gas as well. I adjusted the valves n cleaned the carb prior to the starter replacement. Im at a loss again lol, I have good fuel flow, good spark, good compression. One odd thing, the carb is different than the other scoots. On the bottom of the bowl, (on the running scoot) it has a line coming out of it that goes into the gear assembly? On the 2nd scoot, the line out has a screw instead and where the line goes, its a blocked passage. Any ideas there? Other than that all I can think to do is re clean the carb. Ty again.

Stopping after it runs a while could even be a bad coil, but didn't you change that? I doubt it is a carb thing, more likely a plugged fuel filter that just lets a little gas through.

Forgive my ignorance, the coil is where? I usually just swap parts from the good scoot to check. It has really good flow through the filter, but the gas sits in the line (full) that goes from the carb to the filter.

Coil is at the other end of the spark plug wire
A pic would.help but my thou ggts is if its from the bottrm.its either th overflow or the drain
If you have good fuel.flow when it dies pull the drain screw out of the carb No fuek means plugd fikter or bad petcock Fuel that doesnt stop means bad petcock and bad float If fuel.stops pull a vaccum on the vaccum.line up to the petcock No fuel.is good fuel.coming out means bad float

If that screw came out of the bowel of the carb it is a drain screw There is a little needle at the end of the float that can get crap on it and let too much fuel in The needle can wear as well as the seat and let too much fuel in The float can stick in the bowel and it can also have a hole in it that will cause it to sink

Yeah carbs can be pretty cheap. They also are usually better then the ones that come on the scooter.

I found a brand new carb one state over from me that has them for around 28$ so I'll probably go that route. I was toying around with it some today, it will stay running as long as I apply some throttle to it, doesn't have to be heavy, but the second I let off the throttle it just dies. Also had a ticking sound? coming from what sounded like the exhaust pipe, so I took the muffler off and checked again, thought it was the valve area but everytime I smack the exhaust pipe it stops lol.

Could be a loose heat sheild on the exhaust
If it wast for the fact you said you found fuel in the airbox The fact that if you rev it up it stays running makes me think vaccum leak I would grab a new intake while your at it and check the hose to your sir box and replace all tbe crappy china hoses

So, I put the carb from my good scoot on, runs like a champ. Put the old starter back on, all was working great, then I put it all back together and it won't crank or anything lol, could the wire from the relay to the starter be bad? I replaced the relay just now, no change. Could the solenoid under the relay cause it to not do anything when hitting the electronic start? Cant be too many things at this point.
