I never claimed to be a lawn tractor/garden tractor expert and may have just got taken I don't know, perhaps one of you with some more experience in this can help me out. I recently saw on craigslist a ad for an old Simplicity garden tractor/mower with a tiller attachment. The ad stated that it would run if the battery was charged. The price was right so I went for a look, I've been wanting a tiller that I could tow behind my mower, this should fill the bill I hoped. I took the battery out of my mower and went for a look. it wouldn't start, I figured no biggie, I can make it run. I got it for a better price. I got it home, put a new plug in it and then cleaned the carb and cleaned the fuel tank, it started right up, good. Now I'm trying to figure out how the heck the tiller hooks up, I'm wondering if it needs a sleeve hitch and if it is even for this model of mower. Under the hood it has a list of belts it uses for the mowing deck, the drive belt and a tiller belt, still wondering if anybody here knows a little about this thing, it id a Simplicity Broadmoor III 6115. Turns out it is a lawn tractor not a garden tractor.

I think I made a mistake on the second forum by telling them I wouldn't need help getting it running. After I said I thought I could make it run they seemed to not be very interested in offering other advice.
The back end of mine looks like the photo you posted and the tiller looks a lot like that one too, I'll get out there and get more photos.

hook the black circles together what is on the uderside of the blue circle when the black is hooked togerther that is where i would guess it would slide onto your hitch plate i would think the long handle will hook in some where for depth control Attachments:

does that bracket rotate at all and dose it look like it would fit over these it wouldnt make sense for it to hook to your hitch plate it wouldnt be stable but there would ahve to be another bit that hooked to the other side or there is something that bolts to the holes in the bracket to mount it to those points or something lower on the sides

I don't think it would go there,I'll check it out but a one sided attachment like that wouldn't hold. Those nubbs you you have circled look like a l pace to hang a grass catcher to me, some kind of hitch might hook up using those as a mounting point and then bolt to the hitch plate. IU would think a tiller would need something stronger.
I sent a message to a guy on the tractor forum the has the Allis Chalmers asking for some advice and photos, hopefully he is going to log in again there.

yeah i have found better pics of the 7000 series but it is a diffrent set up that what you have yeah if it does mount to those nubs you are missing something plus i still cant figure out a linkage that would allow you to adjust depth and the parts dia i can find anything that looks like a mount that matches what you have www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=simplicity&mn=1690393+-+30%22+Rotary+Tiller

I've been looking at those diagrams too and looking for a hitch attachment with no success.
To answer your question, no that does not rotate at all.
