Not really mine.... kinda sorta a Graduation Gift, for my Nephew, from his GrandFather. My contribution will be the PDI, and any little 'cessories, & stuff.
Anyway, a red Pony 50 by EAGLE is on the way, and while not right away, we're gonna see what makes this baby tick! Pure stock, with a proper PDI to start, but....... ;D

lol That didn't last long. You posted at 4:57PM saying not right away for mods and by 6:50PM you've got BBK's on the way. You are about as patient as I am.

Or is that like annealing it, heat it up then cool it down? But cooling it really down like with liquid nitrogen. Seems like that would make it brittle if that is it, might even crack it.

WoooooHooooooo, check it out. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250422753154&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:US:1123QMB139 engine, $232.00(shipped).... yeah, I know, a "returned" engine, anything could be wrong.... I'm gonna tear it down, and mod the heck out of it anyway. So why not save about 150.00 right off the top? That just paid for the BBK, head, and cam! Perfect Candidate for the Nephew's "spare" 72cc mill. Y'all don't think I get a little carried away with this stuff...do ya?

This one is going to be mighty interesting; I only wish I had remembered to measure my cam before I installed it. All I know is that it was different, but I have no idea about angles and durations on it... And of course there was no documentation with it.
Kliff, will you be testing with both stock and performance cam?

Otto,
Are you the one that did the custom cooling fan on their variator?

I also read a lot of the bad reports on you, and scootertronics on SD. So, even though I did get a satisfactory transaction, when I bought my flywheel pullers from y'all. I think I'd prefer not to press my luck with any other purchases from ScooterTronics. GSMotorWorks handles all my scooter needs for now, and severral other smaller USA dealers, along with AutoTech355 in Taiwan are always able to satisfy my other needs. Thank you for the offer, but I'll pass.

Rebel, yep that was me. Still going strong and the CVT is considerably cooler than before.
I was considering crossposting the writeup I did on it from SD, is that ok with you?

Kliff, will you be testing with both stock and performance cam? /Otto Hey Otto! Not so much cam testing on the fiddy. Just gonna let him get used to the scooter with the stock engine, then plug in the 72cc modded engine, and while his stocker is out, probably make a twin brother to the other 72cc engine, so he'll have a spare. You know kids....shut off, or pinned WOT! He'll be needing a spare....LOL
