I need help identifying my scooter

I need help finding out what my scooter is, the owner who sold it to me said it was a 150cc 2009 Road Runner, but i cant find it anywhere on the internet. The pictures i found were of a waaaay newer model. I dont know if its just a vintage make for that year or if they lied to me. i will post pics of it when i get around to it, but any advice in the mean time would be greatly appreciated. Cheap china scoots are cheap china scoots sold many are sold under different names and diffrent badges from the same manufacturer

Look at the vin tag for the date of manufacture and that should get you clthe she to you r model year but otherwise everything else is a guess
