I plan on slowly building a "performance" motor and I know two stroke is the way to go for it but just on the base package 50cc class should I stick with the minarelli platform or is there a faster motor? I'm not new to the mechanics just to the world of all the new brands out there lol. This build I plan to completely build that means no used parts and no complete engine. From the case halves to everything I will procure whether machining or performance parts. It will not be done fast nor in any way rushed I want something that stands out is quick and that I can completely plan every detail right down to the hardware....but I need a base to go on

Not a 2 stroke expert, I just know that it seems the minarelli is what 8 see posted about.

Yeah methinks I'm going minarelli its gonna take a while either way lol. I was even interested in a later idea of building a Honda zoomer (UK) engine for a ruckus as the UK version has fuel injection water cooling ect. I just like unique don't ask lol

You can liquid cool and fuel inject a hm engine it's very easy and the fi part isn't all that common

The problem with building a daily rider hm with the efi is the charging system can't keep up with the fuel pump I would have to not use the estate and charge the battery ever few days
