My Schwinn one worked however I had to switch from wireless to wired as my kill switch connected to the coil and about every bit of the ignition would interrupt the signal. I've hear good of sigma but the price tag is much for me as the bike speedo is temp I want to go back to analog eventually just want to explore options

Not all heads are perfect even when new, take this OEM minarelli. Some rightly placed sharpie marks or even paint marks with lapping compound and a sheet of glass or even some good hone oil and a large flat stone go a long way. Note the marks still present in a small spot near the stud holes Attachments:

Compression atm? Can barely move the kicker by hand and that's saying alot for my strength lol. Compression before I could easily start it with my left hand (I'm a rightie.) All gasket material replaced firing ring added, champhered the ports with a lil resizing as well because the ports were a bit small and sharp edged (bad for rings), getting ready to do a lil more CVT tuning (sorry but I'm never happy unless I'm always tweaking stuff lol.

Oh new gauges came in I guess I'll stick stock for now lol was only $35 the thing looks A1 brand new and works. The stock gauges for it ........were alot and for ten dollars more than a bycycle speedo, which I returned being wireless and not agreeing with the kill switch I guess lol,it included alot more than just speed of the bike so not bad I guess

Yeah, it is hard to beat the looks of stock, few people can put together a custom set of gauges.

I had my ideas lol but the price was what killed me lol. I now have my carbon fiber .35 v force 3 reeds ...(let's just say modified don't think u can find em offered) same as the ones sold for this motor in thickness and such but actual name brand and sturdiness ect. Upped my rollers weights as now it actually takes advantage of the springs and higher weights ect. Been slow going tired coming home at 9pm waking at 3am driving 3 hours one way to a jobsite. So its been bit by bit

Well here's my exhaust mod I added another chamber coupled with another exit pipe (separate from the main pipe/chamber) sort of like a power valve when it hit enough throttle it uses both pipes...works well....till the battery conked out lmao. Takes off 0-25 very very quick and reaches 35 in maybe a couple hundred feet, don't get me to lie I'm not gonna tape measure it lol

When I can accumulate the $$ I'll have a new batt, full jet kit (my sets been missing a few), rear tire and more. The xenon headlight works great I had to retro fit one that was 35w as standard wattage for this scoot, the right sized one was 55w and didn't feel like it was any brighter just eating power
