Thanks guys. I am leaning to replacing the head at this point because I think I'm losing some power at the spark plug. It doesn't tighten enough to keep it from seeming to back out when the engine warms up.

No problem. I have a Honda 90 manual from the 60's. I'll try and scan it, it would be really close as well, it will be a bit of a job to do.

I have a friend who has worked on just about everything with a motor for side jobs and he should be able to help me get it done properly.

OK. I think that is what I meant earlier.
I found a 70cc big bore kit for my motor online but I'm not sure which jet I will need for my carburetor.

Jetting is a art, you will need to get a larger jet to feed more cc's, might want to go up a couple sizes and then see how it runs, do a plug read after running a while, hopefully your friend with experience can help you with that.
Doing a big bore kit is not much more work than replacing the head on one of these.
I have bored out these little honda motors and just put a larger piston in it, the excepted way to bore one out is using a brake cylinder hone and working at it for a while then check to see if the bigger piston fits.

I was looking at a replacement kit that comes with a new cylinder, piston, etc... Hard to find anyone who has a lathe anymore. I used to use the brake lathes in the shop I worked at but these days most shops don't use them much. Don't want an inexperienced guy lathing my cylinder.
Thanks again for all of your help

Yeah I understand what you were looking for.
My first bike was a 90cc honda, motor almost just like yours. I needed to go up in a piton size and went down to the local honda shop and asked about a piston and if they could bore it out for me, no machine shop at that dealer. BUT, a fellow was there who was known locally for being a good honda mechanic. He told me to get the piston and follow him out to his truck.
I had the cylinder with me cuz I was hoping the shop would bore it, he asked me for it and stuck it on a vice that was mounted to the back of his truck, he pulled out a drill, some oil and a brake cylinder hone. In a few minutes he had my cylinder bored out and I was on my way home.
I had known that on a car you take the motor down to a machine shop and they mounted the block on a stand and then used a bore bar that was calibrated and dialed in for the size yo need, so this kind of made my jaw drop to have a guy use such simple equipment to bore out my little honda but it worked well.
Since that time I have done the same thing on another honda 90 and it worked well for me too.

I wanted to get the motor from Scrappy, but the motor mounts are different.
I got a 110cc on Ebay with a one year warranty. I want to thank you all for taking the time to discuss this with me.
Only question I have is how easy is it to full on swap out the motor?

That job is not technically difficult. You should be able to handle it if you just label things you take loose so you know where it goes on the new one.
Post pics so we can see how things are going for you.
