Jonway 250 may 2011 new bike with 400 miles on it. Keeps killing my batter, will jump with no problem, and the batter will take a charge. Tested the batter with the bike running and im getting 12.56 + when i rev the bike voltage goes up. Runs fine for a day or two then it kills the damn battery.

sometimes an alarm system will drain the battery, do you have one of those?

Got me on that one, try just unplugging it and see what happens.
Seems I have seen some wiring diagrams that have a jumper to either bypass that circuit or activate it. If you look at the wiring diagram for it you might see it on one of the block diagrams.

found it under the front panel that houses the radio and glove box. I have disconnected the alarm, and i am charging the battery. Will run it for a few days to see if the issue has been resolved. See you then.

one thing i like to do is to make sure the battery isnt draining itself i have bought brand new batteries that will take a charge but wont hold it once the battery is full charged measure the voltage in it and with it sitting in the scoot not hooked up let it sit over night then measue the voltage again to see if it drops
