Jonway mc-250 may-2011 scooter 175 miles just changed the oil's and the plug. The plug i took out looked fine but the gap was set at 0.3 and all the manuals say 0.6-0.7 so i cleaned it and set according to the manual the plug is an NGK by the way. Well from day 1 i have noticed im getting backfire and now the take off is very rough and she cuts off on me 2 times in that 175 miles. So as of right now at 190 miles it is running rough at take off she will start every time from a cold start or a warm start no problem. But the backfires, and the rough take off cant be right. Once im over 3500 rpm the bike runs great but i want to make sure everything is working correctly. I also had heating issue were the stock fan was no good, and replaced it with a larger better fan. So what should i do first fellahs?

Welcome,
check for a vacuum leak, a hose may be dangling someplace.
was it running better with the plug gapped at 0.3?

it was running better, but it was during the first 150 miles. It has gotten worse. I do see a very small thin hose with a clamp on it just hanging. No idea were the hell it goes?

Look around the carb, intake manifold and the airbox.

I will check it out, was also told that the wires on the coil could be loose. or the exhaust could be loose.

Loose exhaust can make it backfire, wouldn't think it would make it mis or run rough. The exhaust being loose would be easy to notice, it would be loud, you could feel the hot gases /exhaust coming out around the leak.
A coil going out can make it run rough, a cdi could also. Always look for loose wires and connections on these Chinese scooters, should be part of its set-up. Use some electrical grease on the plugs, or coat them with silicone
Running too long with an exhaust leak will make it burn a valve so check that out soon.
But find where that hose goes, if it has a clamp it is supposed to be on something.
