Too different sources. One states 9nm=78 in lbs, other 2.0kg-m=180 in lbs. 180 in lbs seems like a lot. Can someone clear this up for me? So that I can torque this head. Thank you, Don B.

180 inch pounds equals 15 foot pounds, 78 inch pounds equals 6.5 foot pounds. You can almost do 15 foot pounds with a screw driver. question becomes what will the aluminum be able to handle without the stud pulling loose. 15 foot pounds sounds good to me. here is an online converter for the values; www.pitt.edu/~rsup/touqueconv.html

I think I will go with 15ft lbs. All that can happen is to pull the studs from the case. Thank you, shiftless and rebel for your replies. Don b.

It won't. 15 ft lbs works fine.
