I look for gas to go up again this summer, but it will be more than last summer that's for sure. The dealers should do well this year, if this is any indication.

Darn. When I started this thread it said "sold out" now I see green is available. I guess I should have kept my mouth shut.
Having said that gas is pushing $3.00 a gallon here. If it goes beyond that people will be buying scooters again this summer.

Well given that the social security fund ran out of money yesterday and will start calling in IOU's from the federal government who is already running on borrowed money and is about to pass a multi trillion dollar "healthcare reform". Look for taxes to start being raised to pay for all the social programs and gas to be taxed similarly to the way it is in Europe, that would mean the price of fuel will about double.
These scooters may be hard to buy in the not too distant future.

And Congress was talking tariff on Chinese goods unless China de values it's money. Might ought to pick up a few scooters while they are inexpensive.

All the more reason to take care of what we have too. Now that I have my scooter, I won't be so worried about my gasoline budget this summer.

Well seeing how I retired three years ago. Not spending to much for gas. But the wife thinks she has to go some where every other day. But after being married for 46 years, I am sort of use to it. My scoot should be back together tomorrow am I am going for a ride if it quits raining. Don B.
