Your stock carb should be a mikuni probly 70-80 main jet When I put my bbk on I ran the stock airbox with an 85 main and it worked well, then switched to a 19mm Dellorto & Uni The exhaust port is pretty restricted here's my stock cylinder: You can probbly open up the exh port I went with an autotech355 bbk (ebay) fit well with no issues My Beamer II:

great just what i needed that stock cyl looks just like the zuma and if you open that up they run a lot better but of course you have to up jet when you do that
now i just have to find out what this guy wants to do
does the stock crank seem to be pretty good on these are they able to run 9000 to 10000 rpm with out any issues
if you want a great cast iron kit for them try the top performance trophy kit

Mikuni VM11/22 and DellOrto 6mm jets should be the ticket. More info. Most minarelli cranks can handle that RPM reliably. Even my big stock crank stroker cruises at 9000-9700 all day doing 50-60MPH. 7,000 miles (since I've had it) and counting. You probably already know it, but it should be a 10mm wrist pin and a 13mm vari just like the AC horizontal Zumas.

I figured Brent would know, but guy, all those cig butts in that picture, you need to stop that, let your scooter do the smoking.

Mines a MRP for a Zuma/Jog Bolted right up with no issues, I think most aftermarket Mina pipes will... might have to modify the hanger on some IDK EDIT: I did have to remove the c-stand so the header would clear it

If you are still looking for any info about BBKs on the Beamer... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=yamajog&action=display&thread=556Try a spacer like Doug suggested (maybe 1/4"), but be careful trying to get the exhaust to do things it doesn't wanna do. If the exhaust is turned in a way that puts tension on the studs or bolts, they will break eventually. My 99cc's exhaust doesn't fit 100% correct and I used to replace studs and bolts on a regular basis until I moved up to hardened studs and double nuts. Some exhausts come with spacers, so it may not give you any trouble.
