Hey Doug, I didn't mean to imply that you should be my toady and go look at these for me, it looked like that after I read it. I was just wondering how one goes about a craigslist buy in that part of the country and how problematic is it to have it shipped. I've never did a craigslist and wondered if you had some experience with that kind of thing. Actually I think I found something local through Trader's Helper. You guys have that out there? This guy wants a $100.00 for " foreign scooter, needs repair". I called him, it sounds like GY6 150cc, I'm sure he'll take a helluva lot less. I'm going over there with my trailer Thursday and see what it is for sure. Might be the beater I've been looking for. Probably a lot safer than a distant craigslist buy.

Actually, I was thinking about getting it. And Bashan, no, I didn't think you were asking me to be your "toady". When I saw that $80.00 scooter I thought, hey, great deal. But actually Kliff, I think for the 150, I'll want something more comfortable. My plans for this was perhaps make it run good make it pretty and then play with it some, perhaps sale it later. if it is a 2T, perhaps learn something about those. Then, I called and it was gone, so a missed opportunity.
