I am looking for information on new tires for my Tank TK250T-2. It has 120/70-12 on front and 110/90-10 on rear. The current tires are DenShen?? and the problem is the front tire. It has a V shape so you only have 2 to 3 inches of tire making contact with the road and it causes some instability if you have cracks or patches in the road. My 150 had Kenda which were very hard but the tire was flatter giving better stability. Is it possible to go with a bigger tire say a 130/70-12? Also what brand of tires are recommended?

I've never heard anybody complain about Avon Viper Strykes tires, consider those.
Otherwise I think if you stick with name brand tires you will be better off in the long run, Michelin, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Pirelli.... You probably have space to go with a little larger front tire a 130 would not be that much bigger than a 120. You can check out the front fender to see if there is a way to raise it to make space, or even change it to a non stock fender. Changing the front tire size will change your speedometer accuracy.
