I have been struggling with just what would be appropriate for a remembrance of friends and family that we have pass on. It has been a month since we had out first tragedy and today I started a "In Loving Memory" thread. This thread is not for discussion, but when I know of a loss, I will place a new post in there as a memorial to that person and the thread will be a locked sticky.

Speaking of.... Monday nite my 17yr old son was out with his best friend on their mountain bikes At about 10 oclock they parted ways and my boy headed home His friend didn't make it, he was hit by a semi on Kentucky Ave My kid is pretty tough, but this devastated him, Today he was pallbearer at the funeral and spoke some eulogy words I am proud of him & while I know eventually he'll be all right, but he's kinda messed up right now If anyone out there prays, maybe include the friends and family of Edward Whetstone 1990-2007
Thanks Skipp

Cool idea. It really is a shame. I didn't know Kathleen, nor her family, but my wife is a teacher at Rossview Middle School, and the day it happened she said that a LOT of students and facility were very hurt, that girl really was something special from everything I've heard.

I think that is a wonderful and a touching idea to do a memorial thread.
