Awwhh, Come on. Every Reb at heart needs a pilgrimage to the Heart Land. If not Pensacola, this time, how about the BEW in March?

I admit that Miami is about as far south as you can get. But, it ain't "Southern".

I'm confused How can you have a scooter rebel from CA?? Rebel = South of the Mason Dixon, East of the Mississippi! ;D -Rich We'all transferred him(actuall his great grandaddy) from the Texas Div., to Cali, in order to head up the Oriental connection for for medicinal supplies as our eastern and gulf Ports became blockaded, and true to the amily line, he has also gone from Texas in the interest of good medicinals, and now Chinese Scoots.... ;D

I'm still not sure he qualifies... Now maybe if I see a picture of his house with a scooter rusting out on cement blocks in the front yard, I might change my mind! ;D Now Rich, That is bordering on the definition of "redneck". A redneck can be from anywhere. Granted, there are a lot of us "southern rednecks". But, let's not confuse the two.

OK, Rich, I was born in Texas, does that help, even though it is west of the Big Muddy. Texas was in the confederacy. And yes I did have relatives that were dressed in Grey during the Civil War, my family was not among the carpet baggers that invaded after the war was over. In fact I can trace my roots back through several Southern States, like Georgia, Arkansas, and Alabama.
But, no, no rusting scooter in the yard, I do have a partially dis assembled '86 Honda 450 Rebel that I have not yet finished a few moods on.
