other than ordering from a scooter dealer, I've seen some scooter wheels on ebay, these were after market wheels and about $500.00 each, next I'd check scooter dealers or perhaps a motorcycle wrecking yard.

man they are kinda sexy. But I found a local shop that has a wrecking yard and they have one 16 scoot in the back. The disk is on the wrong side but they will let me have forks and everything for around a hundred bucks. and they have a handlebar headlight and gauge setup i'm eyein too LOL

You're crazy, get those on ebay, $40.00 for the pair dude and they are nice rims. If you need the forks and calipers, OK get the stuff from the wrecking yard too, at $140.00 for the lot it is a steal.

I have a LB150T-12 "Adventure" sold by Longbo - probably identical to your SUNL. I'd be interested to know how this works out for you. Front wheel is a no-brainer, but the rear wheel - I have it on good authority that there's not enough clearance for the wheel, and with the transmission sitting where it is, there's really no way to put a 16" rear wheel on. If you make it work though, pics and instructions please.
