Hi and thanx for the board (first timer) Been fabbin just about everything since I was born LOL majors are a 85 toyota rockcrawler I built everything from frame up on and it's wicked. Lots of home acc building and a few car mods from minor to major. Anyways, MY neighbors sister won this 150cc roketa and he was out trying to get it to run. I went and helped. He said he was selling it. 600$ 4 miles so I did it. Now I look around and it's an anomaly. But I like it. but now I think body would be hard to find if needed. It's not that common. I have uni, strait pipe exhaust jets on stock carb, and plans to roller weight it once i figure if the variator is able to be worked with. Got a 150 sunl that ALL the body panels were jacked for 200$ got it running ok then a 08 150CC roketa (sunl) that needed some work came up for 350. It needed gasket gew on the head gasket and new exhaust studs. Seems great to me now LOL May be frankensteining out the sunl soon. But my point is the 13inch guys are everywhere. who else has 16's lets share notes...

Welcome to the forum.
There are not a lot of 16 inch wheel riders out there, most scooters have the smaller wheels. 16 inch wheels do have an advantage but a lot of scooter riders just like smaller wheels.

I have a 16" wheeled scoot. A Xinyue ITA Cruiser 150. I love the 16" wheels. Rides like a motorcycle and not a scooter. Not alot of available mods at the moment. Mine is bone stock and I have had it for just over a year with 1,100 miles and no notable problems except the speedometer is a joke and sometimes the turn signal indicators on the dash do not work.

I ride a SYM Citycom 300i and my wife an Xingyue/ITA XY150T which are both 16" wheel ones. Love the stability and the ride comfort of 16" scoots. Not that uncommon, Scarabeo, Citycom, Piaggio Liberty, Honda SH150i, Honda SH300i, Kymco Espresso, Italjet Torpedo, Kymco People S200, Kymco People S250, CF Moto 150 Jewel, etc. just to name a few. Parts of a CF Moto 150 Jewel or ITA should fit your scoot. The engine parts of the Jewel will not as it's watercooled tho.

I've got one scoot that has an 18" front and a 15" rear rim. Balance is real good and handles abit different than my Lance GSR with 14" rims. I never had 16" rims but I bet they are nice. The 14's are nimble and quick. I bet the 16's are a perfect balance between handeling and comfort.

My original CST tires went around 9k before they started looking worn....the little wear indicators were close to level. I installed a new set of Vee Rubber premium tires recently (same size as OEM). These are 112 mph rated.....and hopefully last a little longer. Here's what the rear looked like before replacement...
