So once again being sick and tired of the Phillips Head screws that adorn the Stock CV Carb Slide Cover on a 150cc 24mm Kiehin Clone carb. I purchased several S.S Allen Head screws to take away the misery. These are 4mmx.7x10mm. And for the first time they come with S.S. lock washers!!! As with the last float bowl screw give-away, I can supply a few sets of these float bowl ones as well, it's FREE!!! Yes, free ladies and gentlemen. No strings, ads, spam, or other hooks involved. If you would like 2, 4, 6, 8, or yes, even 10. PM me with an address and I will ship them on their way. Please be reasonable with your requests. I will send them out as soon as I am able. So allow a bit in shipping.
As a side note. There is a good reason that carb screws are phillips head. The manufacturers want to avoid stripped threads in your Carb. You CAN strip the threads in cast aluminum with an allen head screw. Please be careful.

He is not kidding folks. This kind gent has given me a set back in Feb, or March i believe. They are great, allot easier on the hands and pretty good looking screws too. ;D T/y for the input on stripping the threads Rocketdog, so far so good here .

Your more than welcome 2strokd. Glad they have served you well. And thank you for the kind words. Really the only reason I brought that up is that one person who received a set of bowl screws was, let's say, over exuberant when applying the torque. All you have to do is snug them up and that will be plenty.
Another side note. These screws will also fit OKO carbs and probably the 50cc 19mm carbs as well. Though I'm not positive of the latter. Measure one if you can.

I have put my request in and I thank you rocketdog. I may be changing carbs but will still appreciate a way to easily get to the jets. my OEM carb does not have the option to raise or lower the needle so getting the right size becomes even more important. I hope to be able to return the favor and like you help the entire scooter community. john

PM Sent. I've never had any trouble with my 2 stroke carbs. As soon as I got a 4 stroke of my own I realized why you are doing this.

Mine arrived today. Thank you again. Much better than the stock junk. I'm gonna be doing a few jet swaps trying to get in tune, so these will really come in handy.
