Help me identify this tube please…..

Hello.  My scooter (2009 Fly Scooter) won't run.  I can occasionally get the scooter started but can't keep it running.  It has about 500 miles and is rarely used.  I think the gas is good, and the battery is good.  I started looking at the air filter and noticed that a tube was hanging below the air filter housing.  Can anyone help me identify it and figure out where it goes…  I think it goes into the bottom of the air filter housing but can't seem to get it connected.  I am attaching pictures.

Would be nice to know what the other end is attached to, and is the scooter running right.

Could be a loose vacuum line and if it is it may be having trouble at an idle and would be causing harm to your valves. Could be just a oil drip drain hose.

I have the same tube and it appears to be a vacuum line that connects to the rear of the air box where my air filter is.

I would check to see if it as a rubber intake and carb is lose or rubber intake has cracks
