a few years after i bought my 85 HD evo model, we took a ride to the southern part of wisconsin. we were going down the 4 lane at about 65 mph when he signaled to me that he wanted to go faster. i bumped it up to 75 and he didn't have any problem riding at that speed. i didn't know how fast he wanted to go with it but 75 was the perfect speed for it.
