Used Seafoam and got NO smoke?

i bought sea foam today and added it to my gas tank, i dont feel comfortable adding to the lines.
And i got no smoke at all?? did i do anything wrong? i put in about 1/4 of the liquid ?
Does this mean my scoot is clean, thats why it didnt smoke

I don't get smoke when I use it either, don't think it is a problem.

The only real way sea foam makes smoke is if you feed it through the carb on a running engine

I add it to the fuel tank, so it runs through the system when the motor runs. I admit I don't measure it out, I just kind of splash some in the tank.
