So i bought this carb to go on my 2 stroke But i am wondering if it would run on my 4 stroke? It has a port that connects to the 2t crankcase I am wondering if a 4 stroke crankcase will put out enough fluctuations to run the pump in the carb. what do you reckon???

Two strokes and four stroke carbs look alike on the inside but have many different internal parts like jets needles and atomizer
There was several sellers selling four stroke carbs as two stroke carbs and guys couldn't figure out why they wouldn't run right wit the jets every one else was running till they looked at the jets and saw they were different and replaced all the internals with two stroke internals

My 2 stroke is a Keeway Flash 50 and it appears to have the stock carb on it but the carb hits the frame. So i split the tube it hit in half and it was good to ride as it has a long shock more suspension travel But as 2t cost more for gas than 4t I have more 4t parts anyway I was hoping some mad genius had got a weed wacker type carb running on their 4 stroke and was keen to share Fuel Injection would be good if i could afford a brand new Scooter

Well if you really want to try a weed wacker carb, I got one of those, I don't think it would work well, think the motor is something like 30cc.

as you mentioned 30cc dont forget a 2t fires every revolution and 4t every second rev
i think pulsing the pump would be the tricky bit

Yeah the 2 t does twice the power strokes but on the scooter each stroke will be 50cc, duration of the stroke can change the air flow requirements as well. Also the opening of the throat might restrict airflow.

at the end of the day the carb injests are certain amount of air and mixes a certain amount of air to acheive the Air/Fuel ratio the maker intended.
2t are notorious for mixture reverse flowing through the carb So some of the air passes thru the carb 3 times and gets fueled 3 times too
I cant follow your line of thought about opening the throttle will restrict flow
Opening the throttle will reduce air velocity and vacumn will drop and the petcock can close
