At times the switch will not connect to battery power, have to switch key off & on. flip kill switch off & on, & hold in brake to start. At times scoot just dies, no power. start flipping key, and switches again to restart, takes a couple of minutes to restart? what can be causing this? Apprenrate the help! 11/19/13 checked all fuses, all good. Noted the start button had a crack across the ear extension, added super glue across the crack. Still don't understand why no power at times! am looking at the kill switch to get inside of it? 12/23/13 battery was bad, replaced with new 2 year battery, still can not fire up. Recharged, & checked ground. No fire, will check plug after Xmas, yo'll have a Happy New Year!

Bad switches You can bypass the kill swith to rule it out

Bad switches You can bypass the kill swith to rule it out and the side stand switch can cause problems too My 2 50cc GY6s both look the same one has 3 wires to the sidestand switch and i just unplugged it and it went again The other one had 2 wires to the sidestand and i unplugged the switch and plugged the 2 wires together if the cops moan i will have to take the sidestand off
