Sure I would ruin a perfect driving record, and sure my rates would go up. But, I'm thinking about taking the Zuma out snow and ice riding just to see how the insurance company would react if it was totaled. After all, even though we only have around a 4 to 5 month riding period (5 is REALLY stretching it), we have to pay year round. I just figured if I have to pay, I may as well ride.

on the other hand you could just buy 6 months of insurance at a time, when the insurance runs out put the scooter on a non op status and just renew the insurance and rode for 5 months.

Besides being a suicide trip I have been caught in a mid april blizzard on a zuma You do have to watch your ins policy i had one where you paid the whole year but 4 or 5 months the policy was just for storage

Just vocalizing frustration over asinine insurance requirements here in Vermont.
