Welcome to the forum,
You have a good start.
Your carb will probably need a larger jet. Most scooters run lean from the factory, this might make a 50cc without the big bore kit run better, the carb is fine but I think you will be going to something bigger than an 85 jet.
Putting a 12 inch wheel on a short case might work but double check for clearance. You might want an A9 cam for it and that head would perform better if it was ported and polished.
It is always good to do one upgrade at a time so you have an easier time looking for what might be causing a problem if you have one.

100/60 12s came off it. Yes was a pain getting it off. I ran the carb set up right before I tore it apart. It was running lean even then. The carb is easy to pull. I found rust on the frame. So I am getting it ready to shoot epoxy paint. I found a long case for half what everyone else wants out of China even with shipping. I can see on the cam the duration is longer. Gotta pull the CVT stuff then separate the case. Thanks for the welcome. How do you post pics on here?

Looks like some kindof spacer touse to bolt different carbs on. I see no way it can adjust a carb.
