CY50-T3 (stalling out, or just plan old not starting)

I have a CY50-T3 scooter and it was running great until I laid it down in gravil, from there it was still running good, a month or so after though it started reving down and stalling out, it is still stalling out to just plan old not wanting to start, once I get it to go around the block I can go maybe 1/2 to 2 miles without it chocking out while im driving it.

sometimes when I use the electrick start it sounds like it gets a lower and lower humming sound before it sounds like it locks up, then at that point I am stuck using the manual kick start. after I get the moped running though its running for maybe 5 mins before cutting out again.

What do I need to do I tried oil change, filters clean... I don't know whats wrong... Help Please..

Any chance you cracked the battery case?

checked it battery's fine but last night my engine locked up. knowing this what's wrong with it?

Engine locked up? As in if you kick the kickstart it will not turn over? That is not good. Sounds like it is time to take the head off and see what it looks like. It could be total overhaul time.

Initially I thought perhaps you had a starter or battery problem, this new not turning over could still be a starter problem it could be a crank bearing went out, it could be the piston is frozen due to an oil problem.

Do you hear the starter motor turning when you try to start it?
