Nice scooter nova own a Bali myself but I have to tell you I don't think the battery will ever hold up with the 50/60W bulbs. The charging system is nominal at best on this scooter. When I say nominal I mean my wife who used to ride this scooter until I bought her a 250 had a brake light switch stick before I put LED's in it and we made a 35 mile ride, pulled up to the gas station and the battery was all but dead. Good thing is you can kick start it. Fixed the switch changed it all to LED's and haven't had a issue since, step son now rides the scooter and I have a 12AH/210CCA battery in it now. I'll cross my fingers for you and hope she holds a charge but I would run on dim as much as I could, two bulbs at 60W on at the same time = 10amps. If it gets weak you may want to consider a brighter lower watt halogen bulb or upgrade the 8 pole stator to a 11 pole one. JR Alright, have flywheel off and stator where I can take off. Others say I would have to change other components to change to 8 or 11 pole stator. More $$. You suggested a brighter lower watt halogen bulb. Where can I get these? Would be easier and less expensive to just change these bulbs. I would appreciate any info you can give me. Please PM me if possible. TY.
