i still have no fire to the plug but i can take other scooter and use my coil,cdi on it and it fires right up also tried 3 difrint stators

It has to be a wiring issue,or something simple like the kill switch is in the don't run position.

Im not totally awake yet, but did you say you changed the stator / magneto 3 x's??? , im foggy here , but what about the pick ups on the stator, have you checked the rectifier / regulator? yet

1. be sure not to over heat your starter motor trying to start it.
2 un screw both plug connector and where spark wire attaches to coil and make sure you have wire not cut too short in side.
3 check wire to coil for feed.
4 with a wire with alligater clip on both ends you can by pass start switch
5 do you have a kick stand kill switch?-by pass it.
6 check wire harness around area that move when turning steering column
7 patience is the best detective.

check the ground and all the safety switches like kick stand switch..............rocky88

haven't thought about that also i got a weak spark out of the plug a few min ago.then i cut switch off then back on and it blowed the fuse .x wire some where
