i have 2 sitting herebut they were damaged from the factory.
when my stator died, i bought a tool couldn't get it to screw in checked the threads , the 1st 5 were flattened, no way to file 'em to work contacted vendor, he sent another immediately. unfortunately from same manufacturer and it also was damaged.
anyways this was WEEKS IN SENDING, SHIPPING ETC , and just like you, at that time it was my only transport and couldnt wait, so i took it to a shop.

OK, Who or what are these folks on here? Or stores I found a Mainly Scooter shop? The other is a what? Thanks for your help as the mag, must be junk as it stops when the carb cleaner seems to dry out?I know that was nuts but oh well,I rode it into town and I stopped to get a pop and came out and it was dead again. So I tried to start to no avail again.I need that tool bad .Thanks to any one who reads this and is able to give ideas on what is wrong, probably the mag,but It would either work or not?right? Regards,I have no money to take to a shop no way.As I need a new battery, front tire is worn out,new mag,the TOOL,so a shop is not a option I can do the the repair if I have the right tool. Jason

I bought one from ebay a while back. Seems it was about 20.00 If you look at the ads on the left hand side, you can ordr the tool from one of those guys. Scrappy, Mainely, Enviromoto all carry it as well as Parts for Scoooters I am sure has it.

A big bore kit can liven the scooter up. One problem is those that continually use all the extra power cause early failure of some parts. The best bang for your bucks is to put 4 or 5 gram weights in the variator. It will let the motor rev and produce a lot more torque.

Well yes it needs a break in period.
One problem though is people like the extra power and want to use it then they kill the motor by over using it.

I am putting off the install of the big bore kit,80ccc from a 50cc for now,so should I install them all with the new ones at 6grams,by 15 x 13mm,or should I spread out the factory ones for now with the original top end or use all these now?to get the power up at a higher rpm,as I have the race blue CDI box,w/recurve,I think I just want to put a original one back in that went over 13K RPM' S alll day long for the last 12K mile? I am holding off ,as I have the jets to up grade for the ehaust changes, and stasrting issues,as well,I am new to these so any experts that can guide me is more than appreciated to get me going again? Yeah, put all new ones in. 6.0 grams is better than the stock but I suggest going to 4.5 or 5 grams. I have not done that but from all the reading I have done you get more response.
These little motors have to wind up to make power and lighter weights let them wind up faster.
