You checked the gas line right?
Do you have an electric fuel pump?
Does the gas come out with just gravity feed?

its a above carb graivity feed.
I have cleaned float 3 times, lines are clear, vac tight, even runs with gas down the air intake. starts for 5 seconds and then dies
can not get gas into the bowle

If no fuel is getting in the bowel it has to be one of a few things. 1) fuel line is not clear and it just can't get there. 2) the vacuum valve on the bottom of the tank is not working right and not letting fuel through. 3) A passage in the carb is plugged 4) the float is out of adjustment and not letting fuel in.
If you have the carb off and the bowel off the carb, you can put a fuel line on it and try and blow through it to see if something is blocked in the carb, then lift the float up and see if it blocks you from blowing into it. If that works right it would either be the float out of adjustment or it has something upstream from the float is blocked.

Perhaps the vent to the tank is clogged. I'm not even sure where it is but loosen the cap and see if you get fuel.

I have left the gas cap off during whole mystery, so there is no vent problem.
I will go back at it today and see whats what.

i have heard that if you get that BA in the gas it will plug things up (j/k) sounds like the float is getting hung up on something in the bowl i would pull the bowl and float off and make sure that it will move in the bowl freely
