OK i have just bought a efi system for my Wildfire 150 Sp i have been looking at the system for over a year now and said what the h*** so it can in i laid it out on the table and check everything out
hooked everything up and check how was the best way to put it on the bike
the fuel pump plumbing in the instructions are not very clear so i double check the pic in the instructions and fig it out the fuel line that comes with the system was a little to big for the fittings for me so i got some gates line at orieleys this is how i set it up
the O2 sensor needs to be put in the exhaust pipe in order not to be blocking the flow i decided to notch the pipe in the second bend from the head and make a spot for it i used a piece of pipe that was about the same size and weld it over the notch so the tip of the sensor is in the stream of flow but did not block it
the next thing that came up was the throttle cable mount on the throttle body was in the wrong place for me to use my cable so i came up with an idea of using the mount off a spare carb and a piece of metal strap and make my own
i got lucky that my gas tank has a place that i was able to connect the return line and that my petcock was not connect to the tank directly to the tank
so with all the prep work done i had to wait for nice weather to put everything on the bike needless to say the carb, gas tank, and awhile lot of other pieces came off while i had it torn down i went ahead and check the valves found my exhaust valve to be very thigh and adjusted as needed that took most of the day getting all of that done the next morning i went back out and got everything back together made sure i hook up the crank position sensors leads for the ecu up right and that the battery was fully charge turned the key to the on position and let the fuel pump cycled a couple times then i hit the start button and it fired up almost the first spin over
