reb checked output coming from stator it about 1/2 of what it is supposed to be so i guess its toast so lets see buy a flywheel puller and a stator wait weeks for parts Nice thing is, changing the stator out is not that big of a job. Have you downloaded the Arrow 150cc GY6 shop manual? here is a link; scooterrebels.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=manualsreadonly&action=display&thread=1320(page 53 and 54) You will need a spanner wrench to hold the flywheel in place, some people use a tool that goes into the spark plug hole and keeps the piston from coming up and that holds everything in place too, I've hear of people just filling the cylinder with rope to keep the motor from turning over. Here is a spanner I made out of stuff I had sitting around, worked very well to hold the motor still for me. I've heard of them being mad out of wood too. I found my flywheel puller on EBay. Have you asked Greg about tested used parts for this job?
