Some people just have to prove their own stupidity.

Most of those guys made it out ok, they were dressed for the occasion. The ones that have 4-500 pounds landing on their backs? Can't be a good thing. I agree with everything said btw.

Well... As Forrest Gump once said: "Stupid is as stupid does, sir..."
I can't judge these guys too hard though... Today, while eating lunch with the grand kids at a local restaurant, I wathced a fellow trying to push-start a new Harley V-Rod with a dead battery. Being an old biker myself, I just had to give him a hand... Bad idea.
I started pushing him on a slight downhill and got to running faster than my 65-year-old feet could keep up with. The bike fired, and I was going down for sure. I tried to make it to the grass, but "fell short" by a yard or so.
I did a full-speed faceplant right into the curb. I broke my glasses, shredded a good shirt (along with my elbow) destroyed my favorite cowboy boots, tore up my shoulder and got a pretty good concusssion and I think I broke my nose.
I've been in bar-room brawls without banging myself up THIS good... I feel like I was whipped with an ugly stick, then rode hard and put up wet.
My Wife noted "... I always TOLD you motorcycles are DANGEROUS..." Hmmm..... More dangerous to PUSH than to RIDE, I guess... LOL! Never got hurt RIDING one... mumble, gripe, grouse etc. Cheesh!
Well, stupid is as stupid does...
Be careful!

Hope it's not as bad as you think Leo. Next time you see the guy, tell him you can't push start a fuel injected engine that has a dead battery. Sorry I'm a bit late with that info.

Sorry you took a bad fall Leo, hope you recover fast.
BTW, I'd hate to bump into a guy that can push start a GY6, talk about pushing it fast, wew!
