Ok guys. I have a long case 150 gy6, but not a short case. Don't the short cases sport a 10 inch wheel?

My Milano has the short case motor and a 10 inch wheel. No room for bigger.

Does the short case 150 have the short axle like a 50cc? Or output shaft to the wheel it doesn't need the support like a longcase does?

What support are you referring to.

Know how a long case has the plate on the right side that the muffler and shock attach to? Does a short case have that or is it like a 50cc QMB? RD

You can go short or long axle on either the long or short case. However it is best to use the subframe on the long case with the long axle if you plan on putting any real power down.
