Ok so I just put a jeted 20mm carb on my TaoTao t3 runs great but I noticed that the spacer between the head and manifold has a hole that is much smaller I was thinking about match porting them all together any thoughts? please advice.

It might help a bit. It depends on how much of a difference there is between the spacer and the intake elbow exit, and also the intake port size. You do want to smooth the transitions out, but you don't necessarily want to hog it out as big as it can go. At least the spacer is cheap plastic and can easily be replaced if you loose power by making the hole too big.
