what is the best motor oil weight to use in a 50cc cy50-t3?

Welcome to the forum,
Really, motor oil is almost a religion, people love the one they think is the best and no other will work for them.
I suggest the best one is the one you change often. Pick a quality 10-30 oil of a brand you like and get on a frequent changing schedule. And don't forget to change the trans oil too.

you mean like big bore kits
yeah oils are like asking about what this or that is good all of us have brands we like or wont even touch
my only advice with small air cooled engines is find a temp chart and pick a weight that fits into your temp range

Kits to make it go faster could be big bore kit, weight kit for the variator weights, there are a lot of things you could do.
What is your level of mechanical ability.
