Ok, when I got this scoot the nut on the crank was rounded. So I tried a smaller socket and beat it o there and tried to hit it with the gun, no luck. So then I tried a Nut Splitter, still no good wont grip the damn nut. So my only other choice is cut off the nut with my Dremil. Or do any of you have any ideas? If I do cut it off and grab any of the threads can I still rethread it and not have any problems?

Could you try cutting it almost all the way thru with the Dremel, and then using the splitter? That might work.

I think you can do some minimal damage to the threads and not worry too much about it, be careful. You can try to knock the nut loose using a chisel and hammer, might be difficult though. You can use a drill to drill through the nut, from the side to make a foot hold for the chisel.

Vice grips, as tight as you can get 'em.
A chisel and hammer like rebel said. Be careful with this one since it's on the crankshaft.
Sometimes you can heat the nut a little so it will expand and come off easier if those methods still won't work.
