when the bike is being driven and when i start to give it gas more so there is this gear rattling sound. I wanna say its drive related because when i get off the gas and the motor winds down the nose stops. It seems to be getting louder, and louder. Sounds like its coming from the left rear of the bike. Any ideas?

i would pop your trans cover off and take a look in there to see if you can see anything out of place when was the last time the gear box oil was changed too maybe you are low on gear box oil

Put it up on the stand stat it up and have somebody rev it up and see if you hear the noise. Use a mechanics stethoscope or a long screw driver and poke around to hear the loudest spot.
You can take the screw driver and put the point on a spot and the handle on your forehead and hear noises inside.
I would certainly be concerned about gear oil in the rear end. If it ran out, you will be having big problems back there especially if you keep riding it.

He has a Jonway mc-250, I think it is a CN 244cc motor.

that is the right oil change diagram, drain from the bottom fil up top. I think it may be the belt/clutch cover. Once i took it off to check the gear oil i drove it and the noise was gone.

If you have a groove that goes around the cover at the mating surface, you might fill it with some silicone(let it harden before instalation) so you have a anti rattle type surface for it to bolt up to.
