i still call bull crap on that they claim the 2 stroke got 123 mpg and no one very saw anything close to it
and the gas tank is smaller and they claim the 4 stroke is lighter then the 2 stroke so the only way i see that happening is by makeing the frame lighter

there has to be more than just weight. a major part of MPG is rolling resistance thru the air. that scooter does not look like low air resistance.
other points:
a 3 valve head & a compression ratio of 12 to 1.. that's about 3 higher than a stock Chinoscoot GY6.

May it rest in piece.
The Zuma has always been a great little scooter. I'm sure that CARB had a lot to do with the demise.

what a waste of technology. all that fancy, over engineered 49cc for the same 35mph (if that, if history is any indicator, lol) :/ what a strange world we live in i suppose it's some consolation that in taiwan, japan and anywhere else theres a bunch of scooters, they might make a marginally positive impact on the environment...ish....

Don't count this bike out yet. As ugly as I think it is it uses the C3 engine and those can be made pretty quick. No 2t acceleration sure but some claim 60mph out of their semi modified C3's.

you know, that's kinda awesome, lol. i haven't had a shot to wrench on one of those yet. i have heard of some chinese domestic market stuff using this technology together, but no word if they were modding it yet. figures yamaha would make a fast 4 stroke, . kinda makes me want to get one and take it apart. curious what similarities, if any, it has to a gy6, and how they are getting more out of it...

Pretty simple, 70cc kit, and gears. Fuel air mix may be a problem as I don't know of any programmers on the market yet.
