no, that one is not for a 16" because the 16" wheel have the 906-22.5-30 belt and the add said 842 belt.

I will check, but for the bolts on the cover and the messure of the belt Im pretty sure that is not the right one, I gonna send a message to the seller asking him "how many splines" is in the variator because the one on 16" is 21 splines and the regular motor is 18 or 19.

I was wondering about those splines too and the variator is significantly larger also.

I sent to the seller a message and now I have to wait for his answer, yes the variator like 123 or 125mm, the rollers are 20x15. That is all I know so far!!!

Not all 16 inch wheel engines have 2 bolt valve covers. many of them have 4 bolt covers. My Kymco 150 has a 4 bolt cover.
My belt is 781X20

Im not shure about the valve cover, mine have 2 but the internals are different, like crankshaft, variator, valves, timing chain and I don't know about the clutch.(if is diferent size).

here is the answer from the seller, don't sounds good to me!!!
"Why do you need to know that? I can not open the engine to count. But I can tell you the engine is very powerful and good quality. This engine is test and running very well."

very helpful person isn't he, did you respond?
I would have been tempted to just say, I need to make sure it fits my rim.

This GY6B issue is confusing to everybody. AFAIK.....one way to tell if the engine is indeed for a 16" scoot is to look at the rear of the CVT housing. It's different from a normal GY6 engine.....it has an extra section back there that contains a set of reduction gears (necessary because of the larger wheel).... There are some other differences between this type engine. Some have a two-bolt valve cover (mine does), and some have a four-bolt cover. There may be other minor differences as well. But I think that photo is the main indicator as to whether that EBay engine would fit any 16" wheel scoot. My guess is that it would....with some minor mods perhaps. Oh...see those two upper cast-in brackets on the extra housing. That's where the rear disk caliper bolts up. I'm uncertain what the rear setup would look like if your scoot has a rear drum brake. Here's a photo of my own scoot, showing this different rear setup....

GY6 150 short case took a couple of you smart guys to sit back and say well look at it and see if it looks like one. Guess it is a B by the looks.

here is another answer from the seller, the motor may be for 16" wheel!!!
"The reason the scooter does 80 mph is it comes with a different transmission gear ratio in gear box and a different variator than the 150cc standard."
You asked a good question.
