the only site that i knew that might have had a service manual is down and i didnt save many kymco manuals
i belive the rad is up above the head light behind all the plastic if you pull your front plastic off you shoud see the rad and the fill cap then simply remove the hose at the lowest point and let it drain into a bucket to be disposed of properly hook the hose back up and fill and burp(when i say burp run the scoot for a few min to get any air out top off and repeat a couple of times)

i would start to look for hidden screws im not sure on that one ive never worked on a b&w my friends run a kymco shop so the only way i would work on was if they didnt have time or sent it to me as over flow
i would start gently pulling at one edge below the head set and look for places that its catching and look for screws or tabs hoding the panel in

Yea, the tabs are not real strong on the chinese scooters, I didn't know about the Kymco ones. You should get some jb weld and use it to put them back together. I tried epoxy on one and it didn't hold well. I've always had very good luck with jb weld on about any surface, problem is that you have to let it sit overnight, at least a good 8 hours anyway.
Best of luck to you on this.

They sale abs glue at Lowes or Home depot. It is located next to glue for plasrtic water pipes. It will fix a broken tab. I used it on a Kawasaki Concour tab over a year ago and it is still holding. I have tried epoxy and j b weld and none of them would hold it for more than a few days or weeks at the best.

Gotta let jb weld dry. If you dont rush it then it will hold anything. Sorry a little of topic guys!

I've never had a problem with JB Weld holding if it was allowed to harden over night. Not so with some of the imposters, one brand of the putty I have used is great too but it was something I just tried and I didn't keep the label. wish I had, the putty is convenient.
