Well, I drive about a half an hour to get to work and then it takes about the same amount of time to drive home after work. No matter what route I take, So that gives me just about an hour of time every day just to ponder things. On another thread here I was just kind of goofing off and suggested that Troll ad to his scooter Running Rebel Ryding Posse, as a joke more or less. Then Dademoss even added it to his business card. Man that set me back a step.
So while coming home tonight I got to thinking about it and Running Rebel Ryding Posse is pretty good, but We are the Scooter Rebels, not the Running Rebels (those guys are in Las Vegas at that University playing basketball) I tossed a few ideas around in my head and finally one bounce out i liked a lot.
Scooter Rebels Rolling Rebellion,
Another contender was
Scooter Rebels Riding Rebellion.
I have an idea for a logo and any member may start a club using it on their shirts or jackets, It will show up in the next few days in the store. I will also post it in here so you can see it.
Get Rebellious.

Do you have a member directory? Can it be sorted by city, state, country (thinking of the swede)? Do you have any other members from the Baltimore, Maryland area? What would be a good way regional chapters to hook-up?

boy, you drug this post up from the past.
no, as far as I know, there are no actual Scooter Rebels clubs formed. Feel free to organize the first one.
And as posted before, their are shirts available to order form the store. After having my taxes doen, I need to go back to that store and remove all mark ups, I do not need to have any more income taxes created that come out of my pocket.

Sure, go for it.
If you want to use Scooter Rebels as a club name, we can do up shirts for you in one of my cafe press stores. You might want something like "SLC Scooter Rebels" and we can use some of the artwork that would go well for everybody.

When I asked about time schedule, I meant, when do you want to have your first club meeting. I'm a believer in establishing a time line and placing points where you want to have steps completed. So if you want to have a club meeting in two weeks, you know you need to have things ready for that day. 1. get a meeting place, could be a back room at a local restaurant. 2. print out some fliers and put them on scooters, post at local scooter shops, send to all your scooter friends 3. show up for the meeting 15 minutes early, so nobody comes to an empty room. 4. have a sign in sheet, get names address phone numbers 5. have an agenda 6. have fun 7. set the next meeting I started putting this thread together to help; scooterrebels.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=unity&thread=1097

I got bored today and made a event list for the upcoming riding season. Probably a ride every or every other Friday night around the city and all of our big rides and festivities. As of now there will be 2 or 3 per month.

You are cooking guy.
How are you planning on promoting the club. You mentioned that you are in a couple other clubs, are you talking to friends in there? Do you know a shop owner that is going to let you post a flier? An ad in Craigslist? Is there a place that people park scooters at that you are going to put cards on scooters at?
