OK for all the peeps that have seen my other posts things have been going great scooter has been running good until now.
So the other night I came out of work and noticed that my Scoot had been kicked over It was on the stand when I parked it.
Ok for the problem I noticed off the bat that my rear break lever was broke as well as some of my new paint job. no biggie easy stuff to replace. But here is the pickle I checked every thing else for damage as I let the scoot settle we all know a scoot laying on its side for a short time is never a good thing. I waited bout 45min or so and headed home 2.5 miles and she fired up just fine till later on in the week I noticed that my rmps now jump . I can be sitting at a light and all of my lights will go off for a min or my rmp gauge will go bonkers wile driving but no change in rev or speed wile it is having its boogie woogie fit. I am thinking I have a electrical short now some were.
I drove to charlotte the other night bout 30 miles And did not seem to have any problems other then my rpms looking a bit higher then normal and today they were a lot higher but once i touch my brake front onlys atm . they drop fast well the gauge anyway does. and as for my ride home she was doing the same thing but had a back fire bout 4 of them on my 2.5 mile ride slight power loss the spit spit.
I am waiting on my new fuel line and #88 main jet to get here and see if that fixes the problem once I re-tune . I will searching for shorts right after I make this post I have a break lever that may work.(i hope)
things changed over the past couple weeks ran great until...being knocked over
scrappy air filter
valves .004 and .005
1500rpm clutch spring
stock weight rollers shop failed at telling me the weight grrr
Any Ideas as to what could have went haywire I have my thoughts but I value my peers thoughts as well..
